everyone，才會偉大。」\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>臺北市政府研究發展考核委員會主委殷瑋表示，政策不能只由政府向外推動，也要把專家、產業與市民的意見帶回治理現場，讓論壇觀點成為實際行動的參考。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch2>從被看見走向被記住\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp>城市品牌場次中，WAVE品牌破浪領導學創辦人黃麗燕談價值領導；臺北流行音樂中心董事長梁序倫談傾聽產業；雲品國際董事長盛治仁則從觀光與休閒體驗切入。黃麗燕說，臺北的親切、善良、尊重與安心，是城市的重要資產。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>盛治仁建議，可用主題與品牌價值串聯不同時間、不同機關的活動，也可思考把大稻埕、北門、艋舺等舊城區，發展為生活型歷史街區。梁序倫則認為，流行音樂不能只談演唱會經濟，也要連結教育、人才、創作、演出、場館與國際市場。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch2>15分鐘生活圈與百歲人生\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp>安心共融場次以「0、15、100」談政策想像，分別指降低二手菸暴露、15分鐘生活圈與百歲人生。15分鐘，是居民以步行串起生活設施的一段日常時間。中原大學地景建築學系教授趙家麟認為，關鍵是讓人不只「有路可以走」，還能散步、享受環境。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>臺北醫學大學公共衛生學系副教授羅偉成指出，健康治理應「延長健康壽命，而不是只延長躺在病床上的時間」。台灣銀髮產業協會理事長林莉婷則說：「好的城市，是讓我們可以活到100歲，還可以擁有自己想要過的生活。」\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch2>AI與智慧駕駛的治理課題\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp>立法委員葛如鈞指出，AI從聊天走向能採取行動的AI Agent，能力提高後，責任與可驗證性也要提高。Turing
